The Keyholder role includes but is not limited to:

Customer Offering:
Greet customers upon entrance engage in meaningful conversations and build relationships to understand their specific needs.
Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store.
Educate customers on cannabis products strains consumption methods and safe/responsible usage.

Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge staying informed on cannabis industry legislation trends and new products.
Conduct routine store maintenance to ensure cleanliness organization and a professional environment.
Complete customer transactions using the POS system and adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
Monitor inventory levels assist with inventory counts and re-stock products regularly to maintain stock availability.
Minimum: 2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum: 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience.
Cannabis liquor or healthcare experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check .
Working knowledge of provincial cannabis regulations and safe handling requirements.

Open-minded and proactive in identifying ways to improve processes and customer experiences.
Passionate about creating a safe positive and tailored experience for every customer.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older (19 in BC).
