Managing shop productivity, scheduling, labour utilization, and workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Supporting the hire process for the service team. Coaching, developing, and supporting technicians and shop leaders while fostering a positive and engaged team environment.

Building strong relationships with customers by ensuring quality repairs, addressing concerns, and delivering excellent service

Monitoring department performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the achievement of financial and operational goals

Leadership experience in a service, maintenance, trucking, automotive, or related environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of service operations.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team while holding high standards for performance and accountability.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Post-secondary education, trade certification, industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
