Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fmeet coordinator to work with our experienced team and report directly under our fleet manager, and ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for help managing the maintenance, logistics, and overall management of our vehicle fleet. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management to enhance efficiency and safety.
Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspections.
Conduct regular audits of the fleet to identify areas for improvement in cost-effectiveness and performance.
Collaborate with vendors for procurement of vehicles and parts as needed.
Train staff on best practices for vehicle operation and safety protocols.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions regarding fleet operations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Experience in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
