UI Designer H/F(F/H)

We are looking for a meticulous and growth-oriented UI Designer to join the rapidly expanding Cozey team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for improving our website's and digital products' experience through better designs and visuals that consider our customers' needs. Having you on our team will help us increase the rate at which we integrate and improve upon the latest UI/UX design trends and innovations, while ensuring greater branding consistency and harmony across design teams.
You are an exceptionally curious, analytical, organized, and detail-obsessed individual with a strong focus and passion for the design process, and you're someone who is excited to be part of a growing Canadian start-up with very large ambitions.
Maintain and evolve our re-usable design assets and component library
Create A/B tests with the UX Researcher to continuously improve our digital experience
Research new ideas and trends to design and test
Maintain and manage website consistency though design, visuals and copy
Collaborate with stakeholders to retrieve necessary information and assets required in the UI
3+ years of experience in UI design
Understanding and strong intuition of UI design and interaction principles
Analytical, curious, and driven by continuous improvement
Bilingualism (ENG and FR) is a big asset
Competitive salary dependent on experience (60-70k)
