The everyday HR work is quietly solid. You strengthen NVD’s workforce and community presence through partnerships, and participation in recruitment events.

Experience: you are an HR generalist who has provided hands-on advice, and support to both managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions.

Genuine interest in HR: you have a real curiosity and care for the work itself and the impact of HR decisions - not just a job for the sake of a job.

HR application: you apply employment legislation, policies, templates, and processes consistently.

Continuous improvement: you improve HR processes as the function matures, bringing practical ideas and a flexible approach.
