Job : Reporting to the Manager, the Provincial Clinical Standards Educator provides coordination, facilitation, leadership, planning and resource development of multidisciplinary clinical orientation, education, and standard development at the provincial level. As a self-directed practitioner with strong communication skills, the Provincial Clinical Standards educator supports the Clinical Standards & Professional Practice priorities for safe and appropriate clinical practice in the SHA through alignment, collaboration, and partnership.
Minimum 3 years recent experience in a clinical nurse educator role
- Experience in project management: leading, planning, implementation & evaluation
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Willing to complete additional training as required
Basic - Computer skills
