Through a diversity of experiences from our strategy through execution capabilities, supplemented with world-class training, you’ll develop the technical skill sets and growth mindset to become the transformative business leader you want to be. As an EY-Parthenon Consultant within our Strategy and Execution practice, you’ll participate as a valued member of project teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. due diligence, operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking, value creation) touching upon key functional areas, across a variety of industries.

Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support, and executive communication
Carve-out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, supporting operating model design, and transaction services agreement development
Operational due diligence, stand-alone costing, one-time cost development, operating model design
Development of Transitional Services Agreements
Development of M&A and integration playbooks
Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas
You’ll be trained in key business concepts and analytical methods immediately upon joining the team and throughout your EY-Parthenon journey. You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset. We’re looking for people who are innovative, can work in an agile way and keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP and CMC), or have achieved the necessary hours but have yet to receive the certification

• 3 years of of related work experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for clients
• Experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement is considered an asset
• Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements or scopes of work and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders is valued
• Confident communicator to clients at all organization levels, including executive, VP, director, and operational management, with strong presentation delivery and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US (must be authorized to work in Canada)

Experience in audit, assurance, or related fields is considered an asset
Previous M&A experience is considered an asset
