**Physiotherapist-Full Time, Flexible Hours**

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Milton Complex Transitional Care this role you will work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to support patients through their health care journey focusing on quality of life and overall well-being during transitional care.

Licensed with the College of Physiotherapy
Minimum of two year experience working in an acute hospital setting
Demonstrated experience working with a variety of patient populations including medicine and complex transitional care
GPA an asset
Must be flexible and show an ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with all team members
Hours: Monday - Sunday; All Shifts; Salary: $40.011 - $56.425 per hour
