Medical Receptionist Walk-In Clinic (Job-Sharing)
Part-time | Job-Sharing | 37.5 hours biweekly | Saskatchewan
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our busy walk-in clinic in Saskatchewan. Youll be the first point of contact for patients, helping keep the clinic running smoothly. This is a job-sharing position, so teamwork and clear communication are essential.
Welcome patients in person and by phone
Answer phones, messages, and faxes
Work closely with doctors and clinic staff
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Follow clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality
Experience in a medical or healthcare office is preferred
Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic
Part-time, job-sharing position
