Welder (Full Time Permanent)

The Welder plays a key role in producing high-quality fabricated components and assemblies that meet Malach’s standards and customer requirements. This role supports production flow, quality, and on-time delivery by performing MIG and TIG welding operations safely and efficiently.

Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper parameters for each job.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
Prepare materials including cleaning, grinding, and fit-up prior to welding.
Work collaboratively with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams.
Strong understanding of MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Experience with both MIG and TIG welding preferred.
CWB certification is an asset or willingness to obtain.
Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is an asset.
Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
On-site role at the Buffalo location.
