In this Payroll Specialist position located in Mississauga, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the complete payroll cycle for employees across Canada, accurately processing both weekly and bi-weekly pay runs in adherence to all provincial and federal regulations.
• Process and execute all administrative tasks within the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) platform.
• Administer all employee benefits, including accurate calculation, deduction, and reconciliation of health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring proper integration with payroll.
• Ensure full compliance by managing and submitting all government remittances, preparing year-end reporting (T4s, RL-1s), and maintaining meticulous payroll records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on an as-needed basis, assisting with functions such as new hire onboarding and general record management.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling all sensitive employee data and payroll information.
• In this Payroll Specialist position located in Mississauga, we are looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience processing payroll for Canadian employees is required.
• Multiprovince payroll processing experience is required.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga is required.
