Housekeeping & Maintenance Technician

Perform general maintenance or preventative maintenance tasks that do not require trade license
Respond to maintenance requests and provide on-call responses during emergencies
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units
Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
Able to use Genie boom, scissor lift, forklift and ladders
Takes initiative and follows through to ensure completion of projects
Must have understanding of basic maintenance functions
Must have the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel)
Good communication in English (verbal and written)
Able to work 8 hours shift Monday to Friday
