We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team in Brampton, Canada. In this role, you'll be the face of our café operation, crafting exceptional beverages and creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your passion for quality service and attention to detail truly make a difference. This is an opportunity to grow your skill set, showcase your professionalism, and be part of a team that values safety, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks with precision and consistency
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and café environment at all times
Participate in catering operations and special events as needed, expanding your experience and skill set
Support inventory management and communicate product needs to management
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute to team success
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
Experience operating an espresso machine or demonstrated willingness to learn barista techniques
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including availability for shift work
Food handling knowledge or certification (preferred)
Previous barista or food preparation experience (preferred)
Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
