Seasonal Technical Customer Service Associate

We are hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for Intuit. We believe that small moments can have a big impact on our work experiences, customers, teams, and friends. Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information

Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service

Drive customer satisfaction through voice communications, chat and/or email communication

Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PC's, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)

~You are 18 years of age or older

You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)

You are able to commit 40 working hours per week and can work a flexible schedule

You have a minimum of 6mth customer service or call center experience

Hands-on, 100% paid training
