• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant/Organizational Change to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. Change Management Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Implementation and Execution:
Lead the execution on change management plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
Develop training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to sustain change and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge with the team.
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance change management capabilities.
Create customized training materials and resources to address specific organizational needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or a combination of education and experience
Master’s degree or MBA is an asset
PROSCI Change Management Certification or other recognized certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management , preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, or in a HR environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be considered an asset
Experience working with diverse industries and an understanding of different business models.
Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
