As our Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in planning and driving project success by:
Break down project scopes into activities, durations, logic ties, and resource requirements.
Updating and maintaining project schedules, including resource and cost loading when required.
Working closely with Project Managers to align baseline schedules with budgets and support productivity analysis.
Analyzing performance against the critical path and recommending corrective actions to prevent delays.
Supporting planning efforts and contributing to overall project controls.
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong mix of education, technical expertise, and real-world construction scheduling experience:
Degree or diploma in a construction-related field and minimum five years of scheduling experience (or equivalent technical background).
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project .
Solid understanding of construction sequences, cost/schedule integration, and earned value management.
Experience integrating schedules with cost or progress measurement systems is an asset.
Experience in Project Controls or Cost Control preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple schedules
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Effective time‑management abilities, especially under pressure

Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
