Diploma or degree in Computer Science Technology or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of training and experience)

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise network operations and support
• ITIL Foundation v3 or later accreditation is preferred
• Experience working with network automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform)
• Experience in deploying and managing cloud networking services in AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Experience operating a multi-tenant, highly segmented data center network is desirable
