Diploma or degree in Computer Science Technology or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of training and experience)
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise network operations and support
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later accreditation is preferred
- Experience working with network automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Experience in deploying and managing cloud networking services in AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Experience operating a multi-tenant, highly segmented data center network is desirable
Given the nature of our work all employees are required to obtain, and maintain, a RCMP Security Clearance. To be eligible, individuals must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident and have lived in Canada for at least 5 years.
