Clutch is looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team ! You are a detail-oriented analytical professional with a passion for accuracy and process improvement. Youll play a key role in ensuring timely precise recording and reconciliation of payments and receivables helping to maintain financial integrity across all transactions.
Working closely with the broader Finance & Accounting team youll support daily bookkeeping month-end close and financial reporting processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation within our growing organization.
Review and record sale transactions to correct customer ledgers reconciling revenue on a daily basis to ensure accurate recording
Monitor customer account details for non-payment delayed payments and other discrepancies.
Assist the Finance & Accounting team with month-end close process and year-end audit requests.
Work closely with Management on various ad-hoc projects that will improve and maintain the full accounting cycle & accounting functions of the company.
You have a post-secondary education in Accounting
You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and you have the ability to quickly learn new applications/tools
Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
