Part-Time / Flexible Nanny & Family Assistant Needed

We are a busy family of five with three children ages 2, 5, and 9. We run several businesses, so life can be fast-paced and our schedule is often flexible rather than strictly structured.

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive nanny/family assistant who can help us keep our household running smoothly. Our children are well-behaved, mature, active, and used to being involved in a variety of activities. We are a multicultural family that values kindness, respect, hard work, and open communication.

The two older children attend school and will be involved in summer camps and summer school programs throughout much of the summer. The role will primarily involve helping with our 2-year-old when needed, while also assisting with household tasks and keeping things organized.

We are hoping to find someone long-term who can grow with our family. We are not just looking for a nanny—we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued and trusted part of our family's day-to-day life. The position will initially be part-time and flexible, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person as our needs evolve.

For the right candidate, a live-in arrangement may also be considered.
