Front of the House Supervisor
$18.5 - $20 per hourPart-time
The Cellar Salon
The Schedule for this role is Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday if needed. Efficiently book appointments for the salon, and manage multi-line phones
Manage all appointment bookings for salon via phone and email, and confirm all appointments
Offer assistance to clients looking for information on all products
assist with client needs and taking payments
Maintain the appearance of the reception area, waiting area and display units
Assist in all areas of the salon operation including cleaning as requested by management
Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings
Manage the flow of the salon floor, communicate with and manage the assistants
Relay any issues or concerns for discussion immediately to management
Assist with making all the clients comfortable including refreshments for them as needed
Punctuality is a high priority and must have excellent customer service skills
Other duties as assigned by management on occasion and as needed.
Assist the stylists with the maintenance of the salon to ensure it is always clean and presentable. Cleaning Duties, Front of House
Stock/Inventory control, waste management and place orders
