Technical Inside Sales Specialist

Technical Sales Representative (Industrial Automation & Instrumentation) - Sarnia, ON. We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing industrial automation and instrumentation solutions provider and they are looking to add a Technical Sales Representative for the Sarnia region .
In this role, you will manage an established territory with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities across industrial accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing industrial customers
Provide technical support and solution-based recommendations using internal engineering and supplier resources
Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate closely with inside sales, service, and supplier partners
Stay current on product knowledge, technical training, and industry trends
Support long-term account growth through consultative selling
Technical background in Instrumentation, Controls, Valves, Actuators, or Industrial Automation
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
Strong understanding of industrial process systems and field instrumentation
Strong customer-facing and consultative sales skills
Competitive base salary - 90,000 - 120,000 base plus bonus and full benefits
