Your contributions will directly impact the wellness of the building and building system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, Life and Safety Systems, Plumbing, and Electrical. The ideal candidate is early in their career, brings foundational experience in commercial building maintenance, and is eager to grow within a supportive and professional environment. If you’re passionate about building operations and ready to take the next step in your career, this position will provide you with the opportunity to build a career in Building Operations.
Knowledge of & experience with building systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.
Commercial Building Maintenance experience is preferred.
Experience using Building Management software – Prism is an asset.
Availability for on-call rotation.
Discretionary annual bonus.
