The pay for this position at Scotts will generally fall between $18.00 - 20.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Part-Time Seasonal Merchandiser – Field Sales Team.
We’re looking for Part-Time Seasonal Merchandisers to join our dynamic Field Sales team. In this role, you will support our presence in major retailers, including Home Depot and Rona, by executing merchandising standards and building strong partnerships with store staff and customers. You’ll also help identify inventory opportunities and communicate key insights to the Scotts Sales team.
This is a seasonal contract beginning March 16, 2026 and ending July 06, 2026 offering flexible weekday shifts. Weekend availability is required, particularly on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. The hourly rate for this position at Scotts will generally fall between $17.60 - 20.00 per hour and is paid weekly.
Engage shoppers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products, helping them make confident purchase decisions and increasing overall sales.
Provide our retail partners product knowledge for all Scotts products and bring our brands to life through engaging in-store workshops and events.
Collaborate closely with the Scotts Sales Manager to execute sales strategies, solution selling opportunities, and achieve store-level sales goals.
Assemble fixtures and in-store displays designed to capture customer attention, promote key items, and stimulate impulse purchases.
Set up and maintain signage and promotional materials that highlight value, new products, and seasonal deals to boost buyer engagement.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
Must be able to speak English fluently. For positions based in Quebec, French is mandatory, and bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
