Our growing offices in North York and Whitby are seeking a Linear Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design of small to medium-sized water/wastewater projects.
Provide design services for underground water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including open-cut, trenchless and rehabilitation projects.
- Support project managers and manage and assist the project design team with delivering projects (Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies and Detailed Design) to meet client requirements.
- Complete multiple simultaneous projects for a variety of clients.
- Lead by example to promote a high-performance team culture.
- Provide design support to Contract Administrators and Site Inspectors during construction phase. Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng) is required, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water and wastewater design of linear infrastructure (not greenfield).
- Experience designing vertical infrastructure such as pump stations is an asset. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
