About the job Innovative Circuit Technology Ltd. (ICT) is a leading supplier of DC power systems to the wireless industry. Our mission is to provide solutions to run the critical wireless networks that keep people connected, safe and informed. Our innovative, intelligent technology allows customers to monitor and control their DC power infrastructure at local and remote sites, increasing their Quality of Service and reducing operating expenses. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to manage and triage all inbound sales inquiries and leads; respond to customers; support ICT channel partners, including pricing, lead-time requests; promote and sell ICT products, including creating, delegating and following up on sales opportunities.
The candidate must be self-motivated, responsive to customers, and willing to conduct outreach, engagement, and follow up to help close sales.

Respond and/or triage inbound phone, email and web inquiries
Qualify, develop, and convert incoming sales leads into opportunities
Coordinate and provide day-to-day support for ICT channel partners
Follow up on trade show leads
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Route qualified opportunities to ICT sales reps for further development and closure
Establish relationships and work closely with channel partners and ICT account managers to build sales pipeline and close deals
Support day-to-day sales inquiries from ICT’s distributor sales reps and end-user customers, such as product recommendations, part number selection, solution sales, pricing and lead time requests
Maintain detailed records and update sales funnel through Salesforce.com CRM tool
Remain current on industry trends, product applications, market activities and competitive products
Provide important market and customer feedback for product improvements and new product development
Ability to contribute to sales and marketing strategies to successfully grow revenue
Initiates action and follow-up with customers
Possesses strong technical knowledge and the ability to discuss requirements with customers
Ability to multitask and change priorities to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
Proficient knowledge of PC applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams as well as Salesforce
Experience in sales of technology products is required, as products, solutions and applications can be complex
A bachelor’s degree or business diploma is preferred
Minimum one year’s experience in sales, preferably with experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry
