The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks coordinating customer orders and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This position is essential for maintaining accurate records facilitating timely deliveries and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
This position has a base compensation range of CAD $70000.00 to CAD $77500.00. Salary determination considers your skills experience job location internal pay equity and job architecture. Hellmann Worldwide Logistics regularly reviews our pay ranges against industry standards to ensure fairness.

Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status delivery schedules and product inquiries.
Support the sales team with quotes proposals and documentation.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Communicate effectively with internal teams including operations finance and customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination customer service or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
