Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team!

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strong, accomplished, dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience with providing administrative and clerical support.

You have a worked in an administrative position for a minimum of five years. You have a high school/secondary graduation level and completed courses in business administration at college (certificate) or university level. You have an advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications.
Provide executive and administrative support:
Coordinate physician administrative support services
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, set up venue, document minutes, and follow-up on action items from the Physician Leadership team and other Medical Staff Office meetings.
Prioritize and organize appointments with external and internal stakeholders, business community, foundations, auxiliaries, and staff.
Draft response to correspondence as required.
Assist in the preparation and/or development of reports and presentations such as project report; Proof-read and edit reports.
Manage restricted and confidential documents and data.
Respond to incoming calls, identifying urgent matters and important inquiries and redirecting them for appropriate action.
Complete travel arrangements including booking of travel and accommodations, assuring coordination of appointments and schedules within the travel plan.
Applying knowledge of corporate organization/policies.

Proactively addresses concerns and responds to emerging needs with empathy and diligence, contributing to high-quality, patient/client centered care.
