Early Morning Bread Baker - Full Time

Shifts are from 2 or 3am to 11:30am

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for creating fresh and delicious artisan bread and treats that our community loves. Our bakers start their day early, transforming an empty kitchen into a vibrant bakery filled with the delightful aromas of freshly baked goods. Work with a small team to bake a variety of products from scratch each morning, adhering to our carefully crafted recipes.

Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mold and shape dough, and operate baking equipment.
