Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.
Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment
Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming (e.g., Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift
