Job : The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides frontline clinical leadership, expert nursing support, staff mentorship, and quality improvement guidance to promote safe, high-quality patient care, enhance team effectiveness, and support efficient unit operations specifically on Unit A.The CRN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, clinical nurse educator, Quality Improvement leads andother SHA partners to ensure that best, leading and evidence-based practices are used to provide high quality, safe care.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Three (3) years clinical experience in acute care medicine is preferred
- Organize/prioritize work on multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to competently use computers and software applications
- Ability to be adaptable, build trust, provide coaching and mentorship
- Ability to maintain client/patient/resident confidentiality
