The Sales Consultant will handle all Trail Appliances customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their appliance/product needs. Sales staff will establish and maintain a satisfactory level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieve an acceptable level of sales.

Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Accurately process orders through systems, processing customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
Supply specifications of products to any trades involved in the customer’s new home or renovation project.

Prior sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills

As a commissioned Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with an average earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000. However, some of our top performing Sales Representatives earn $150,000+.
