Schedule, prioritize, and complete detailed repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure peak uptime of customer equipment.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by listening, collaborating, and addressing customer needs.
Promote repair services, service contracts, and new equipment sales by understanding customer requirements.
Complete training on various equipment and product lines to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and team members at all levels.
Post-secondary school diploma in electronics engineering or similar military certification. On-the-job experience and training may be accepted in lieu of these requirements.
Two years of experience in field service position.
Knowledge and experience working with basic test equipment such as DMM, tachometer, temperature devices, etc.
Strong electronic/electrical and mechanical trouble shooting skills.
Three plus years of field service experience in a similar position preferred.
Ability to operate computers, smartphones and related software efficiently
Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and schedule your work with customers directly.
Follows through on commitments and action items to ensure customer resolution and satisfaction.
Is responsive, and acts quickly to resolve issues with ordering, delivery or performance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance, and carry up to 25-30 Lbs. at times throughout the day.
Wear appropriate personal protective as required by the customer.
Drive to customer sites daily using a fleet vehicle..
Occasional overnight travel will be required.
