C'est le nombre de petites et moyenne entreprise au Canada selon statistique Canada en juin 2016. Chez Cominity, notre mission est d'aider ces entreprises à devenir plus efficace technologiquement en leur créant des DXP (digital experience platform) axé sur des portails clients (extranet).
Elles n'ont pas de logiciel maison personnalisé pour répondre à leur problématique
Elles ont parfois de la difficulté à passer à l'étape numérique (signature de contrat en ligne, paiement en ligne, etc.)

L'objectif en hiver 2019 sera de commencer à conceptualiser nos connaissances du marché vers la création de la plateforme sous forme de SAAS.
