A dynamic administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
As a Branch Administrator youll provide clerical and administrative support manage office resources and assist with branch events and operational tasks. Provide direction and support to resolve day-to-day administrative challenges.
Manage reception duties and create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the branch is well-equipped.
Conduct miscellaneous computer updates and troubleshoot issues.
Provide general administrative support to the Manager as needed.

Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory.
Support branch staff with administrative and technical needs.
Respond to inquiries and provide reception coverage.

Related experience in an office environment is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in handling computer-related issues.

Permanent full time role.
Monday Friday 5x2 schedule.
