Recruitment Associate Location Remote in Mississauga, ON L4X 1X1 : VIRTUAL59 - REMOTE/TELETRAVAIL - ON - BMO XXXXX Ontario,X0X 0X0 Although this role is remote, there be requirements to come into the Toronto, ON office for campus events, interviews, etc. Additionally, travel is expected to go to various campuses. Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions. Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.

Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions.

Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions.

Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards.

Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.

Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.

Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.

Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.

Typically, 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
