We are looking for a Validation Fulfillment Associate to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The Validation Fulfillment Associate role is an entry level position in the cybersecurity public key infrastructure (PKI) industry. This individual supports and works closely with validation specialists and technical support agents to process certificate installation on hardware tokens and shipping to customers. This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our Ottawa office. Maintain quality assurance over the workflow process.
Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues
Resolve customer shipping issues and escalate cases when appropriate.
Associate college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience is preferred

Ability to work with in-house installation and order management tools.
Knowledge of Windows and Office products.
Work in an environment adhering to compliance regulatory requirements helpful.
Computer literacy skills must include the use of e-mail, databases, and word processing applications.
Must be comfortable working on a computer.
Ability to work independently and part of a team with limited supervision.
Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality.
Knowledge of corporate environment.
Must thrive in a mature enterprise environment while applying existing skill sets and training to increase knowledge base.
