Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. The role is part of Market and Counterparty Credit Risk within GFT, focusing on rapid prototyping and building innovative AI solutions in risk management business area. Architect and implement scalable, high-impact systems end-to-end, setting technical direction through hands-on leadership and code contributions
Elevate team capabilities through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical mentorship while fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
Pioneer innovative solutions by identifying emerging technologies, prototyping proof-of-concepts, and championing engineering best practices across the organization.

Advanced Programming Expertise : Proficiency in languages such as Python/Java, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems independently, using analytical thinking and creative approaches to drive innovative solutions.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or OCP) and the ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions.
• Data Engineering and AI/ML Knowledge : Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing, along with experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering/data science related roles.

Hands-on experience with Cloud data lakes (Snowflake), AWS Cloud Ecosystem, Agentic AI Architecture
Hands-on experience with LLMOps(Monitoring/Observability) tools.
