What You'll Do The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager and the Operations Team whilst attending to service requests and general maintenance tasks for Whistler Platinum's 150 vacation homes.Consistently offering professional, engaging and friendly service to in-house owners and guests
Coaching and training team members on all aspects of general maintenance
Responding to maintenance tasks as requested
Completing silicone, caulking, painting, plumbing and carpentry projects
Completing hot tub water quality checks and services
Completing deficiency reports from the Maintenance Manager, Owner Services and Dispatch
Performing van audits and monitoring stock levels in the Maintenance Shop
Minimum of three years' experience in a maintenance-related role
Be organized and able to effectively communicate service task details and description
Visa and Driving Requirements: You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in obtaining Canadian work authorization. Only applicants satisfying both of these requirements will be considered.
