Responsable Support / Service Manager (H/F)

Contributes to the overall success of the Enterprise Privacy Office globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Provides support and oversight of PIAs performed by Global Privacy Officers, providing challenge and quality assurance of PIAs performed, prepares letters of certification, and Privacy Impact Assessment document administration.
Act as the subject matter expert for technology, data, analytics and AI Privacy Impact Assessments and Advisory Services.
Prepares reporting and communication of PIA findings to business units and performs issue tracking on outstanding items by liaising with business lines and project teams.
Provides recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of privacy controls to the Senior Manager.
Collaborates with counterparts in Compliance, legal and other control functions to ensure consistency and alignment on best practices across the organization.
Supports the tracking and monitoring of control function and internal audit requests of the Enterprise Privacy Office.
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Background in Legal, Consulting, or Compliance preferable

• Hands on experience in technology, data analytics or AI would be an asset
• Spanish fluency is an asset
