Êtes-vous un adjoint administratif bilingue et hautement organisé à la recherche de votre prochain défi professionnel à Toronto ? Ce poste d'adjoint administratif représente une occasion unique de devenir le pilier d'une organisation d'envergure. Nous recherchons un professionnel proactif qui excelle dans la coordination et la gestion de précision pour veiller à ce que les activités quotidiennes de notre bureau de Toronto soient exécutées avec le plus grand soin. Travailler en tant qu'adjoint administratif au sein de notre équipe offre plusieurs avantages clés conçus pour favoriser votre croissance professionnelle :

  • Profitez d'un horaire hybride avec 3 jours dans nos bureaux du centre-ville de Toronto et 2 jours en télétravail.
  • Bénéficiez d'un horaire régulier à temps plein de 8h30 à 16h30, du lundi au vendredi.
  • Profitez d'un taux horaire compétitif de 22 $/h.
  • Ce contrat de 6 mois offre une possibilité de prolongation selon votre performance et les besoins de l'entreprise.

En tant qu'adjoint administratif, vos tâches quotidiennes seront essentielles à l'efficacité du département. Gérer des calendriers complexes, planifier des réunions cruciales et coordonner les arrangements de voyage pour la haute direction.
  • Superviser la logistique quotidienne du bureau, incluant la gestion des fournitures, la distribution du courrier et le rôle de premier point de contact pour les clients.
  • Organiser les réunions internes et externes, préparer les ordres du jour professionnels et coordonner le service de traiteur pour les événements d'entreprise.
  • Rédiger, mettre en forme et réviser la correspondance professionnelle ainsi que les présentations, tant en français qu'en anglais.
  • Collaborer avec les autres coordonnateurs pour optimiser les flux de travail et maintenir des systèmes de classement numérique rigoureux.
  • Pour exceller dans ce rôle d'adjoint administratif dans un environnement au rythme soutenu, vous devez posséder les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :
  • Posséder de 1 à 5 ans d'expérience confirmée dans un rôle de soutien administratif.
  • Communiquer couramment en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Démontrer une maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office, plus particulièrement Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
  • Maintenir une attitude impeccable et un dévouement constant à offrir un service de haute qualité à toutes les parties prenantes.
