Maintenance Supervisor , Castlegar , British Columbia As a Maintenance Supervisor at Interfor, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our mill running smoothly and safely. You’ll lead a skilled maintenance crew, championing safety and professionalism while driving continuous improvement across our operations. Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $110,000 – $125,000 (CAD) per year. Short-Term Incentive Bonus

Safety Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
Personnel Management: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Project Coordination: Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.
Industrial Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
Technical Qualifications: Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
