We are looking for a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our expanding manufacturing team in Stratford. If you’re ready to move away from the "standard" grind and into a role where your technical expertise is actually valued, let’s talk.

Highly Competitive Wages: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

• Refine your fabrication skills on diverse, high-spec projects.
• Shift Diversity: Day and afternoon shifts available (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM OR 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Consistent full-time hours with a reputable, growing manufacturer.

Technical Interpretation: Read and translate blueprints and complex engineering drawings into finished parts.

• Quality Assurance: Use calipers, protractors, and gauges to ensure every piece meets tight tolerances.
• Technical Fluency: Physical Stamina: Comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet for the duration of the shift.
