Créer et maintenir les dossiers des patients dans le CRM en sassurant que linformation documentée est exacte et mise à jour régulièrement

• Assurer lintégrité des données
• Soccuper des télécopies (entrant/sortant) de manière appropriée et en temps opportun
• Étiqueter et joindre les documents au CRM
• 6 Month Contract

Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly
Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
Ensure data integrity
Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM
Ability to cover various shifts
Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience dans un rôle administratif ou de saisie de données similaire

• Expérience avec le logiciel SalesForce (ou expérience avec un système de CRM) est un atout
• Expérience avec le logiciel de télécopie ( MyFax o u Right Fax) un atout
• Diplôme détudes secondaires ou scolarité postsecondaire préféré
• Formation professionnelle technique ou combinaison équivalente dexpérience et de formation .
• Capacité à reconnaître et à questionner des données anormales et dintensifier le travail à faire si nécessaire
• Compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à établir les priorités
• Connaissance de Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint et dautres programmes Office
• Aptitude à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français (oral et écrit) pour les provinces du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick

Excellent computer skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
• Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
• Experience with the faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) an asset
• High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
• Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Knowledge of medical terminology an asset

Ability to recognize and question abnormal data and escalate if need be
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and other Office Programs
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick provinces

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
