Caregiver/ PSW - Weekend Nights

We are seeking certified PSWs or equivalent to join new and existing Care Teams in Burlington and surrounding areas. Flexible monthly scheduling, predictable compensation plus incentives, and extended single or family health benefits are offered to part-time workers as well.

Ideal Caregivers have friendly personality, patience, a consistently positive attitude, and communicate well to clients of all types, both one-on-one and in groups. Our Care Team members have a strong desire to work with a local employer who views them as family, and are committed to working with their Care Team members as family.

Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: services needed, such as mutual interests and the personalities of both our client and the caregiver.
