Internal Job Title : Digital Print/Direct Mail Operator
Work Type : Permanent, Full-time
Work Model : On-site

As a Digital Print Operator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality printed materials by operating and maintaining a range of digital print technologies. You will set up and run digital presses and related equipment, monitor output for accuracy and consistency, perform routine maintenance, and uphold our quality and safety standards. Set Up & Operate Digital Printing Equipment
Run a range of digital presses (e.g., Monitor Quality & Adjust for Accuracy
~ Continuously inspect output, verify color consistency, check registration, and make real‑time adjustments to maintain print quality.

Clean, calibrate, and maintain digital printers, resolving jams, performing minor repairs, and coordinating service calls when needed.

Maintain Records & Inventory
~ Document completed work, logging machine activities, tracking materials usage, and ensuring adequate stock levels of paper and consumables are part of the job.

Follow Safety & Quality Standards
~ Adhere to print‑shop safety procedures, maintain clean workspaces, and apply color management and quality‑control practices.

Work with production staff, supervisors, designers, and project managers to ensure job specifications are met and workflows run smoothly.

Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
Able to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret level security clearance.
Mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer literacy.
