Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Have a good knowledge of and keep the drink menu updated, including seasonal cocktails and house specials.
Take food and drink orders, inputting them into the restaurant's POS system.
Monitor bar stock and participate in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure the bar is stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Over two years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Knowledge of cocktail creation, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
