Job Duties:

Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
Oversee back of house operations.
Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
Completes all logs as per standards.
Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
Supports a clean environment through regular clean up
May hire and train baking staff.
