WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide inbound customer support.
Be a ‘brand ambassador’ for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions
Understand the impact they have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand
Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
High School or University
Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to work in Windows environment
