Eagles Nest Youth Ranch is currently seeking Youth Care Workers.

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides essential 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines & limits, nurturing & understanding, and teach values & skills required for successful living.

ENYR is currently recruiting for FULL TIME & PART-TIME Youth Care Workers to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming to youth.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada; they must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and possess their own transportation.

- resume with three references, at least two references being supervisory work references
- CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK including vulnerable sector query;
- copy of your valid class 5 driver's license

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with post secondary education in Youth Care Work, Social Work, Counseling or other related disciplines and/or 1-2 years of previous work experience in human services. We strive to ensure that each youth's cultural and spiritual needs are met throughout all of the services and programs we provide. Additionally, Indigenous youth have the largest representation of the youth in our care. As such, ENYR continuously reviews our hiring practices and decisions to ensure that we have an appropriate representation of Indigenous people employed in our agency. We have adopted an Indigenous Inclusion Program to actively recruit, and encourage Indigenous applicants to apply and prioritize Indigenous hiring.

Salary ranges from $23.01-$31.06/hour, depending on education and experience.
