The Role:

As a Senior .Net Developer at CLBC, you will assist with the design and development of new and existing CLBC business systems, as well as provide technical analysis and programming for IT business solutions and for interfaces to other systems used by internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:

Providing expertise in the development and implementation of CLBC business systems and ensure that development methods are consistent with the technical directions and business strategies determined by the organization
Developing application interfaces for diverse and complex systems, technical templates and user interfaces.
Developing, enhancing and maintaining existing applications and interfaces
Problem-solving to resolve technical and business process problems related to applications (Tier 3 Support)
Works with the Enterprise architect on the design of the overall solution
Constructs design documentation
Recommends integrated solution designs for CLBC business systems integration
Provide Tier 3 support for production-related issues
Following appropriate change management methodologies to ensure that published content is appropriate, accurate, timely, and falls within standards.

Competency is required in most of the following:
C+, .NET, SSIS, Oracle DB (PL-SQL), SVN, Active Directory, XML, Powershell, IIS, SQL Server DB (T-SQL), Delphi, Sharepoint, CSS, Javascript, HTML, Powerdesigner, Toad, Visual Studio

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Management or Management Information Systems and 5 years related experience; or a diploma in Information Technology with 10 years related experience; or other relevant equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered
Experience in systems analysis, software development and production support
Demonstrated familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle
